KidMakes wants to learn crochet, so we started with the chain stitch. She chained for almost 30 minutes straight, and then was done with crochet for the time being.
I have a little swatch ready to go when she’s ready to start learning again. I think it will be a bit easier for her to learn the crochet stitch on an established piece, because when I started to show her how to crochet into the chain stitch, it was rather confusing and messy.
